Billing issues, not receiving simcard and more issues

Hi, I have two phones with yourselves, on one everything is great and no issues whatsoever. However, my other contract, I am unable to view via my account. I previously had a direct debit set up for this and was called once to be let know that the account was behind therefore, I made the payment there and then over the phone and assumed we would go back to monthly payments. I also did not ever receive a SIM card for the IPhone. As previously mentioned I do not have access to this account and had no letters or emails sent regarding missed payments and was not aware of this due to lack of communication/ setting up further arrangements. I have now received an email from a debt collectors stating I need to pay over £500 which is ridiculous and impossible for it to be that much. If not charged there shouldn’t be no where near as much as that and usually other networks would contact first and attempt to arrange a direct debit as well as arranging further payments.

I have always wanted this payed and on time. If reached out I was happy and still am happy to make further payment on this account but would also like the details of it to show on my account as this is not lawful. Please contact me as soon as possible so we are able to arrange a further agreement which should have been done prior.

Thank you,

Anna

Hi @Ania267 ,

Thank you for reaching out and explaining the situation in detail. I’m really sorry to hear about the confusion and the stress this has caused, that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
I completely understand your concerns regarding the account visibility, missed communication, and the unexpected debt collection notice. We’d love the opportunity to investigate this and put things right for you.

Please contact us via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.
