billing mistake

Hi there,

 

I received a letter from a debt agency for £24.

my online bills and bank statements are upto date and in credit.  I have a standing order.

 

i am the only person in my household who has a contract with ID mobile.  
 

please advise

Hey @Lullabette,

I have checked your account, you’re right it’s all up to date and no outstanding payments are due. I’d suggest keeping hold of the letter for your records, but disregard it in the sense it seems to have been sent out by mistake.
