Hi , anyone knows how can I change my billing first name and billing surname ?

This is a reply given 3 months ago on another post, by an iD Mobile employee, with regards to the same enquiry :-

At the moment, this feature isn’t available, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this causes. Please note that, due to our security policy, we aren’t able to transfer an existing account into someone else’s name, as the account must remain under the name of the person who completed the original credit check. 

This is something that they are looking at but is not yet available.

If the name change is absolutely necessary, and you want to stay with iD Mobile, then the best option is to transfer to  another network using a PAC code e.g. SMARTY (as they also use the THREE network and have comparable plans), and onto one of their month to month plans and then move back after the initial month and registering the new iD Mobile plan under your name.

Hi ​@Parizad,

 

You can update your name on your account, but it does need to remain in your own name, we’re not able to change the account holder to someone else. This is because the account is tied to the original credit agreement.

 

That said, if your name has changed due to something like:

  • Marriage
  • Deed poll
  • Divorce

 

then we can update it for you, just keep in mind you may be asked to provide proof (like a marriage certificate or deed poll document).

 

For smaller changes (like fixing a typo or updating a shortened name), this can usually be done more easily.
