You can download copies of your bills directly through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

• Log in to the iD Mobile app
• Select Billing
• Choose View Bills
• Select the bill for April or May
• Tap Download PDF to save a copy of the bill

Please note that your bill will show chargeable usage and billing information. If you require a detailed breakdown of calls, including emergency service (999) calls, and this information is not available on the bill, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms so that we can review the available options with you.
