How do I find out what my current charges relate to as a breakdown as I have unlimited usage which I haven’t exceeded.

Just look at your monthly bill via LINK that’s e mailed to you each month by id.😄

    If you have an unlimited allowance and are seeing charges, you can view a full breakdown of your bill to see exactly what the charges relate to.

     

    To do this:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app
    • Select Bills
    • Choose the relevant billing month
    • Tap on the bill to view the itemised breakdown

    You can also download your full itemised bill from the same section, which will show details of any charges such as add-ons, out-of-plan usage, or premium-rate services if applicable.
