I set my contract to start from today when I signed up on the id website - now I find my bill has been backdated to when I registered - not the specified contract commencement date

    Hi @Gavbat,

Thank you so much for your recent feedback. We're sorry for any confusion regarding how our billing cycle works.

When you join iD Mobile, your first bill is usually generated the day after your account becomes active. This is because your monthly allowances, such as data, minutes and texts, are provided in advance for you to use.

Your contract start date is the date your order is approved and your account is activated. From that point, your services and allowances are available to use straight away, even if your first bill has not yet been generated.

Your monthly bill will include charges for the upcoming month's service, depending on when you joined.

You can view your billing date, payment due date, and bill breakdown at any time through the iD Mobile app or online account. We also send bill notifications each month when a new bill is available to view.

We hope this helps clarify how the billing process works. If you have any further questions about your bill, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

    Thanks,
     Taufeeq
