buy more internet option on a pay as you go sim

I paid an option containing 4 GB of net for my pay as you go sim; I tun out of Internet before the option expired and I need more internet. How do I go about it?

Thank you for your post.

If you’ve used up your 4GB data allowance before the bundle expiry date, you don’t need to wait for it to end. You can simply purchase another Pay As You Go bundle at any time to get more data straight away.

Once purchased, your new bundle will start and give you a fresh allowance of data, minutes, and texts depending on the plan you choose.

Hi, I already topped up and still showing ' no Internet', I want to buy a new bundle but how can I do that please?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you're on an iD Mobile Pay As You Go plan and you've already topped up but you're still seeing "No Internet", you'll first need to make sure you have an active bundle, as a top-up alone doesn't automatically provide data.

To purchase a new bundle, please log in to your Pay As You Go account and select the bundle you'd like to buy using your available credit.

If you've already purchased a bundle and you're still unable to get online, please let us know and we'll be happy to help further.
