Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I am so sorry that you are struggling to make payments on your account. 

Kindly note you can change your plan through My Account online by following these steps:
 
1. Once logged in, go to the "Plan" tab

2. Press the "Change my plan" box

3. Select one of the plans shown on screen

4. After agreeing to the terms, press "Confirm change of plan
 
Your plan, including your new monthly line rental and allowances will change within 60 minutes of your request, however, your billing period won't change that remains the same.

I've tried that it's not letting do a lower one only to move to a hight price
