Can't download June bill

I can't download my June bill. It keeps saying something went wrong. I've logged out, logged back in and updated the app. I can't download it on the browser either. Nothing seems to be working.

I'm able to download all my previous bills

Try downloading it again there has been an update to the IDMobile app may be worth updating it.

Hello, no, I'm still having the same problem. I chatted with an agent who said that my bill should be emailed to me instead in 2-4 days. Seems a bit excessive to have to wait that long for an email to be sent
