Canceling Order

Hello everybody. 
 

I payed £30 for an iPhone 17pro max and sim a few hours ago and I’d like to cancel my order. I have only gotten a text from ID but not my actual confirmation email. I’m just wondering if anybody knows how to cancel an order? I my boyfriend bought me a new iPhone 17 pro max after I’d already bought one from ID.
