cancelled direct debit - what's going on?

I keep getting texts from ID saying my direct debit has been cancelled by my bank. My bank deny it, ID reinstates it, and the whole process starts again. 

 

I don't know what to do?

@Tyler C every time I ask my bank, they say they haven't cancelled anything. I'm going round in circles.
