cannot access my online account

when I try to logon all I get is a message telling me that there are no details for this account, I have tried the chatbot but to no avail. So frustrating that you cannot get a straight answer anywhere in ID, I have had this issue for months now and still not sorted.

Hi there ​@cjmlads, sorry to hear that. Have you previously registered this account on the new app since it came out and been able to login to this contract’s account before?
