Cannot pay bill due to work sickness

Hello, I have been off work for 6 weeks due to a really difficult family circumstance. 
 

I am due back this week and get paid as normal on 19th September so can pay my balance in full then.

 

I really need my phone for work and it is just a short term issue, is there anyway I can be helped?
