I keep receiving a something went message when Im trying yo download my latest bill

I’m sorry you’re seeing the “something went wrong” message when trying to download your latest bill. To access your bill on the app, please try the following steps:

Open the iD Mobile app and log in.

Go to My Account → Bills & Payments.

Select the bill you want to view.

Tap Download PDF.
 

If the issue persists, try logging out and back in or updating the app to the latest version. If it still doesn’t work, please let us know,

I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I've logged into the website  Im still getting the same message that something went wrong try later

I`m having the exact same issue, on my computer and iPhone APP. This needs looking in to.

I have this same problem, same error message, on both the app and website.  It only applies to my most recent bill.  The older ones open fine.
