cant log into app to make a payment

Sorry you’re having trouble logging in.

To make a payment now:

• 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777 (automated line)
 

In the app:

• Open iD Mobile app
• Tap Account
• Go to Billing
• Select Make a payment
• Enter card details and confirm
 

If you can’t log in, try using your email instead of number or reset your password via Forgotten password.

Thank you for the message, you can try a manual payment to see if you can make a payment and if still an issue let us know so we can private message you.

You can easily make payments through the automated phone service as we are unable to take payments on a Live chat. Just dial 0333 003 0001, 0333 003 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, and select option 2, then option 1 to make a payment. Enter the amount you’d like to pay and then enter your card details. Both of the above options are quick and secure, and can be done without having to speak to anyone.
Alternatively, if you don't have access to the ID Mobile number you can dial 03330030001 to make your manual payment. The above options are quick and secure and can be done without having to speak to anyone.
