Hi,

 

can’t open my latest bill that was generated yesterday, tried the app and website but get error

Yes I tried both, I did state that in my original post

I also have this on two accounts and have tried web/app to fix it. Seems to have been going on for a few months….

I’m seeing this too for my most recent bill - on both the app and the website.
