cant setup direct debit

Hi.

I did setup Direct Debit multiple times and still showing me as not active and asked me make manual payments.

How can I setup this Direct Debit to make it works ?

Hi @bryha1983,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your Direct Debit.

It's simple to set up a Direct Debit by following these steps:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
Go to My Billing and select Setup or Manage my Direct Debit.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the Direct Debit instruction to become fully active on your account. If you have a payment due within those 10 working days, you'll need to make a manual payment first to avoid any disruption to your service.

Once the Direct Debit has been fully set up, your monthly payment will be collected automatically on or around 14 days after your bill is issued.
