Hi i have been put forward for a full time position which is now monthly pay. I am struggling to get through to anyone which is a joke! Seeing as im a paying customer i have rights to speak to an advisor about my account? The chat bot just does not understand anything i say and the phone number provided has no option to speak to anyone which is appalling service. I cannot pay my bill until the end of the month and theres not one person i can talk to to sort this problem out? What are my options?
