change direct debit

I have bought an sim from ID mobile 27/8/28. Direct debit to commence next month from 27/9/28 can this be changed to 1st of every month?

I am unable to do it as I have not received my mobile number yet ?

Thank you for your post.

Once you've received your iD Mobile SIM and your account is active, you can change your Direct Debit payment date by following these steps:

Log in to My Account:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login
Select Bills.
Click Manage your payments.
Select Change your payment date.
Choose your preferred payment date, review the Terms & Conditions, and then click Submit.

Please note:

Due to the Direct Debit process, your payment may leave your bank account up to 3 working days after your chosen payment date.
Any Direct Debit that is already pending will still be collected on the original due date.
Your billing period will change to align with your new payment date.
Your allowances will refresh on your new billing date.
Your next billing period may be longer than usual while the change takes effect. As a result, your allowances and line rental will be pro-rated, which means your next bill may be higher than normal.
