I’m really sorry for the hassle, I understand you just want to get your Direct Debit updated quickly and smoothly.
 

You can change your Direct Debit details easily using one of the following options:

• Log in to your iD Mobile account or app
• Go to Billing / Payment settings
• Select Manage Direct Debit and update your new bank details
• Save and confirm the changes
 

If you’re unable to access your account, please try:
• Clearing your browser cache or using a different device/browser
• Using the iD Mobile app instead of the website
• Resetting your password if needed
 

Once updated, please allow a short time for the change to take effect before your next billing date.
