ive switched to sim only as my contract was finished,. how do i cancel old billing contract with id and keep same number with sim only id

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

 

To keep your existing number, you’ll need to make sure you upgrade to a SIM-only deal on your current plan, rather than taking out a new separate plan.

If a new plan was taken instead, your number won’t automatically move across but don’t worry, we can help check this for you.

This is helpful. I have made the mistake of upgrading to a sim only but I’ve not requested to keep my existing number. I wish to keep my existing number.
