Hey there
We cannot change the direct debit date our end I’m afraid, neither can our customer service teams.
You’ll need to do so yourselves via the iD Mobile app or website:
- Go to ‘Billing’. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’ and then ‘Change my Direct Debit payment date.’
