Change my payment from the 17th to the 1st of the month
You both need to contact ID directly; a user forum is not the appropriate place.
Hey there
We cannot change the direct debit date our end I’m afraid, neither can our customer service teams.
You’ll need to do so yourselves via the iD Mobile app or website:
- Go to ‘Billing’. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’ and then ‘Change my Direct Debit payment date.’
