Changing contract on new phone

i have just upgraded ny phone and thought i picked a contract with unlimited data. There has been a mistake as i only have 10GB of data and have ran out. How can i change this.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I am sorry to hear about the confusion with your recent upgrade.

I understand that you expected to have an unlimited data plan, however your current tariff shows a 10GB data allowance which is why you have now run out of data.

You can change your plan by upgrading to a higher data allowance or unlimited data plan through your iD Mobile account or the iD Mobile app. Any change will take effect depending on your billing cycle and the option selected. Or you can contact pour sales team on 08000490250.
