changing direct debit card

Hi there, 

 

How do I change my direct debit card? When I try to do it on the app it just says Oops something went wrong.

Log in via the website: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login
 to check if the issue persists there
Uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again
Ensure your app is fully updated to the latest version
