Hi, can I please change the name of who is billed for the phone bill to Roomba Ltd

‘Roomba’ is not connected to iD Mobile in any way.

If you are asking if you are be able to change the name on the iD Mobile account for the phone number/contract that you use to connect to Roomba Ltd then this is not possible.

iD Mobile do not allow for direct change of ownership for existing contracts. This is because the initial credit check is tied to the original account holder and therefore the contract must legally remain in their name.

To transfer a number from one iD Mobile account to another, you'll need to port the number to a different network provider and then port it back to the new iD Mobile account.
There are many month to month packages available that you can do this with i.e. SMARTY, who are comparable in price and also use the THREE network.

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, we're unable to change the ownership of an account, so we can't change the name of who is billed to Roomba Ltd.
