Hi @Shabishop,
I'm sorry to hear about your situation.
If the account is staying in your name and you simply want your daughter to make the payments, there's no need to change the account holder details. You can update the Direct Debit to use a different bank account by following the steps below:
To change your Direct Debit details:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
- Go to Billing.
- Select Manage my Direct Debit.
- Click Manage my details.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the new bank account details.
To set up a new Direct Debit:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
- Go to My Billing.
- Select Setup or Manage my Direct Debit.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
Your monthly Direct Debit will usually be taken around 14 days after your bill is issued.
Please note that a new Direct Debit can take up to 10 working days to become fully active on the account. If a payment is due within that time, we'd recommend making a manual payment to avoid any disruption to the service.
If you're trying to transfer ownership of the account into your daughter's name, please note that this would not be possible, you are however able to request 3rd party access for her.
Regards,
