Hi, I’m querying my next bill. The app is currently showing “Your next bill so far” as £96.49. However, when I open the full bill breakdown, it only shows £28.49 for monthly line rental and £18.00 for add-ons, which totals £46.49.

There is therefore £50.00 that isn’t explained anywhere in the breakdown. My latest invoice also shows an amount due of £30.49 and doesn’t show a £50 charge.

Please can you explain exactly what the additional £50.00 charge is and confirm whether £96.49 will actually be taken by Direct Debit? I don’t want any unexplained amount taken from my account.
