    Did you turn your mobile data on while abroad, and is your bill cap set to £0?

    The only way you would receive a data charge is if you connected to a network abroad that is not included in our free roaming countries, or if you did not purchase a roaming add-on and had a bill cap set. In this case, charges may apply when your device connected to the network while mobile data was turned on.
