Hi @Daniellelou1990,
If you have an unlimited data plan, you shouldn't be charged for exceeding your data allowance. It's possible that the £7 charge relates to out-of-plan usage rather than your data itself.
Examples of out-of-plan charges can include:
- Premium rate services.
- International calls or texts.
- Chargeable service numbers.
- Roaming charges in non-inclusive destinations.
- Other services not included in your plan.
You can review the types of charges that may apply here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/call-charges
If you don't recognise the charge after checking, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can review your account and explain exactly what the £7 charge relates to.
