charged for minutes whrn you have unlimited

Hi there I'm looking to find out why I got changed £1.86 for being over my minutes when I have unlimited minutes for making phone calls thanks

I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the additional £1.86 charge.

Although your plan includes unlimited minutes, this covers standard UK mobile and landline calls. Certain numbers and services aren’t included within your allowances and are charged separately, such as premium-rate numbers, directory enquiries and some non-geographic or other out-of-plan numbers.

We’d recommend checking the itemised section of your bill, as this should show which number or service resulted in the £1.86 charge.
