To help prevent unexpected out-of-plan charges like this in the future, you can set a bill cap of £0. This will stop your account from incurring any additional charges outside of your monthly plan. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your iD Mobile online account or app.

2. Go to the Billing or Account Settings section.

3. Select Set Bill Cap.

4. Enter £0 as your cap amount and confirm.

Once set, you won’t be charged for out-of-plan usage, including MMS, data usage, or premium rate numbers.
