Why is my bill higher than it should be. I should pay £42.99 a month but I have been charged £66.83 in February

Pro rata billing probably. Read your bill, pay attention to the dates.

Hi @Sophie W,

The higher February bill is likely due to pro-rata charges, which happens when your billing period overlaps with changes to your plan, extra usage, or one-off adjustments. I’d recommend checking your bill closely, especially the billing dates and any out-of-plan charges to see exactly what’s included by  these steps:

Open the iD Mobile app on your phone.

Tap Bills from the main menu.

Select the billing period you want to view.

Review the breakdown of charges, including plan, usage, and any one-off or out-of-plan costs.

You can also download a PDF of your bill if needed for records.

This will help you see why your February bill may be higher than usual.
