I'm in Spain with roaming enabled, and I'm being charged for text messages to UK numbers. I thought these were included in my iD plan.

Charges for text messages while roaming

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the charges whilst roaming in Spain.
Standard texts to UK mobile numbers while roaming in Spain should normally come out of your included allowance. However, if the messages are being sent to premium-rate numbers or are MMS/picture messages, these would still be chargeable whilst abroad.
Please also note that when travelling, your Bill Cap should not be set to £0, as this can sometimes prevent chargeable roaming services from working correctly.
