Charges not as agreed

My plan was agreed at £7 per month. It keeps creeping up and on my latest bill you are charging me £15.38?

    Hi @She Alan,

If your plan was agreed at £7 per month but your latest bill is showing £15.38, it's likely that there are additional charges on the account rather than the monthly plan price itself having increased.

We'd recommend checking your itemised bill in the iD Mobile app or your online account, as this will show a breakdown of exactly what makes up the £15.38 charge. Common reasons for a higher bill can include out-of-plan usage, chargeable calls, texts, roaming charges, or add-ons.

If you'd like to avoid unexpected out-of-plan charges in future, you can set your bill cap to £0.00:

    1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    2. Go to Account.
    3. Select Bill Cap.
    4. Change the bill cap to £0.
    5. Save the changes.

This will prevent most chargeable out-of-plan services from being used.

Once you've reviewed the itemised bill, if there's anything you're unsure about, please let us know and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
