checking if a plan is active or not

I would like to check if one of my other plans is active or not

    You can check the status of all plans via your account:-
     


    Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Log in online or via the app: Open the iD Mobile app or sign in at my.idmobile.co.uk.
    • View your plans: Tap "View your plans" (or look under "Plan" / "Plan Details") on the main dashboard.
    • Select the specific plan: Tap on the individual plan from your list to check whether it says active or inactive.
