Closed my account and final bill is negative

I received an email after I closed my account and my final bill is £-4.74. The email states that negative balance means I'm owed money back.

When checking my account, the bill shows amount due is £4.74 

Should I pay or wait to get paid back?

Welcome to the Community!

If you have a direct debit active the amount should be taken automatically.

However if you are due a refund we can process this back to the direct debit account.
