Hi

How do I get an update on a complaint which ID customer service raised for me for a roaming refund (as it didn't work). They've given me no reference number, have tried to call me once (I was at work in a meeting so missed the call) so I have no idea what is happening with it or how to find out.

The complaint was raised over a week ago
