I changed my payment date from the 6th to the 23rd so my first payment was supposed to be on the 23rd September with an extra £30 added on to account for the delayed payment, so it will be £81.18. However, a payment of £50.99 was taken on the 4th September for £50.99 which is my normal monthly bill. I’m confused as the September payment is supposed to be my first one and even though they’ve taken the first payment this month, it still says my next bill will be £81.18. Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you!
