Hi. My contract finished may 2025 but I am still paying the same price

We’re sorry to hear that you’re still being charged the same amount after your contract ended in May 2025, and we understand why this would be concerning.

 

Once a contract reaches its end date, charges can sometimes continue if the account has not been switched to a SIM Only or another handset plan or formally cancelled, in line with the Terms and Conditions.

 

As this will need a full review of your account and billing, please contact our Customer Services Team via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms. A member of the team will be able to check your account and assist with either an upgrade or disconnecting plan.
