Why do I get bill after I have cancelled a contract

Hi ​@sosmana ,

 

I’m really sorry for the confusion, I understand how frustrating it is to receive a bill after cancelling a contract.
 

With iD Mobile, you may still receive a bill if:

The cancellation was processed during a billing cycle (final charges may still apply)
There were usage charges before the cancellation took effect
The account closure was completed after the invoice was generated
 

Please check your final bill as it should show the exact charges and the billing period covered.

Unfortunately my problem is not sorted yet, my other account is disconnected, I consider disconnecting the second account as well, de to this poor customer service and overcharge.
