Hi there, we cancelled an account around start of Feb & today got an email saying next bill for March 8th to April 8th is due on 22/3. Sadly we can’t find the cancellation email, this is a common thing, as it’s been over 30 days since the contract was cancelled and tried to online chat tonight but only getting a Bot which wasn’t any help. Any suggestions? We will try again during office hours.
