contract ended without realising

Hi there, I didn't realise my contract had ended in February this year and I continued to pay £32 a month I have since changed it to a sim only contract I was just enquiring if there was any way to back date the payments to when my contract changed as surely I shouldn't of still been being charged £32 a month

Kindly be advised that we don't backdate payments to when the contract expired. At iD Mobile, we send communications a month or two prior to the contract ending, advising you that the contract is up and outlining the available options, to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. If we receive no response, the contract remains as is until we receive communication from the customer regarding next steps.
