Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I understand why you're concerned if you've received messages advising that you can upgrade, but the upgrade option isn't showing, and your monthly payment has increased.

The upgrade offers available to you are based on your individual account eligibility. We'd therefore need to check your account to confirm whether you're currently eligible for an upgrade and what options are available.

In the meantime, you can check your upgrade options by:

1. Signing in to the iD Mobile app.
2. Selecting your mobile number.
3. Going to Manage or Upgrade.
4. Checking the available handset and plan options shown for your account.

If the upgrade option isn't showing in the app, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to check your account directly, confirm your upgrade eligibility and explain the available options.

Regarding the increase in your monthly payment, we'd also be happy to check your billing. Please visit Live Chat when we will be able to look into this.
