Hi @gill91668,

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your coverage.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be when the service you're receiving doesn't match what you'd expect, particularly if the coverage checker is showing strong coverage in the areas where you're having problems.

As a first step, we'd recommend checking the coverage checker again to see if there are any reported issues or maintenance affecting the locations concerned: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/coverage

If the issue persists, please contact our Live Chat team so they can investigate further and check whether there are any network-related issues affecting your service: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

They'll be able to review your account and discuss any available options based on the outcome of their investigation.

If you'd also like to change your Direct Debit payment date, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login and log in.
  2. Click Bills.
  3. Click Manage your payments.
  4. Select Change your payment date.
  5. Choose your preferred date, read the terms and conditions, then click Submit.

Before changing your payment date, please be aware of the following:

  • Due to the Direct Debit process, payment may leave your bank account up to 3 working days after your nominated date.
  • Your new Direct Debit payment date will apply from your next billing period. If you already have a payment pending, it'll still be taken on the original due date.
  • Your billing period will change to align with your new payment date.
  • Your allowances will refresh on your new billing date.
  • Your next billing month will be longer than usual, so your allowances and line rental will be pro-rated, meaning your next bill may be higher than normal.

Regards,
