Credit isues not reflected on bill

I received an email for the ID Mobile Team on 11/05/2026 indicating a credit of £5 would appear on my next bill, this has not happened, how do i chase this?

If you received confirmation that a £5 credit would be applied to your next bill but it hasn't appeared, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team so they can review the account and check the status of the credit.

 

If possible, have the email from 11/05/2026 available, as this may help the team locate the credit more quickly.
