Currys gift card

HI, I still haven't had my £50 Currys voucher and it has been over 52 days now. Can someone please let me know what is going on?I have left messages and emails but have not had a response.

    Hi ​@Paul Raw, 

     

    Gift cards (like Currys or Amazon vouchers) can take up to 120 days (4 months) to arrive via email. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.
     
    If you bought your plan through a third party (like MoneySavingExpert or USwitch), iD Mobile does not send the voucher. You need to contact the affiliate network directly.
