So i have a 10gb plan with 20gb added every month as a bonus for being loyal, ive used 10.71gb of data and its all stopped working and shows 0 id mobile dont want to help and just constantly send automatic messages like you run out.
All im asking is where has my 20gb gone and there reply us buy more we dont know.
Frustrating as ive never dealt with a company with such little customer service.
