Hi @EmKR ,

I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select ‘Private Messages’.

You can also use this direct link to your inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview

I'll speak to you there.

Thanks,

Hi @EmKR,

Thank you for your message.

If you have an unlimited data allowance but are seeing data usage charges, this is usually due to usage that falls outside of your inclusive allowance.

Some common reasons include:

  1. Usage while roaming in destinations that are not included in your plan.
  2. Charges for premium services or third-party services.
  3. Data usage that occurred before an add-on or allowance became active.
  4. Out-of-plan charges incurred when connected to certain non-supported networks while abroad.
  5. Charges relating to services that are not covered by your standard UK data allowance.
  6. To check exactly what has been charged, please review your bill or account usage in the iD Mobile app or My Account.

If you'd like us to investigate the charges further, please contact us through one of the following channels and we'll be happy to review the usage with you:

Live Chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
Private Message via our social media channels

Please have the date of the charge and the amount available, as this will help us identify the cause more quickly.

Thanks,
