Hi I have paid 5£ for the add on today, while being out my internet has not being working which I’m confused I have followed the steps to reset it etc, roaming is on.

i then checked my phone bill to see if it’s on there I see the 5£ and somehow the phone bill is £100+ can you please explain this as this is causing me some serious stress to why my phone bill is so high!
