Data add ons

my 10gb data is not enough on my new contract. Does the add on for £30 for 12 months include 15vb every month or just for the whole year as I’ve purchased it by accident.

    I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the add-on.

     

    The £30 charge is a one-off payment, not £30 per month. However, the 15GB is also a one-off data allowance. You do not receive 15GB every month.

     

    The 15GB is added to your account once and remains available for up to 12 months, or until you’ve used all 15GB, whichever comes first.
